After August 2nd, I'll be selling my turbo header, turbo, and wastegate for my 06-07 ZX10R. I'm pretty sure this will also fit 04-05, and maybe 08-09 as well. To complete a ‘stage 1’ kit you would need a plenum, an oil filter relocator, a rising-rate fuel pressure regulator, oil lines, and a dyno tune. I think 230-250hp would be easy on a stock motor and 93 pump gas.
The turbo is a Precision SCM5027; a 50 trim E compressor, .60AR, with stage 2 T3 turbine in a .48AR housing. Zero shaft play, tight seals, 360 thrust collar, a very nice, sturdy journal-bearing Garrett turbo that will last a long time. Never damaged, clean wheels, doesn’t smoke at all. It will come with a low-profile K&N filter.

The header is 321 stainless steel, very stout, well made. The flanges are thick, and it fits very well. It holds the turbo high, so you don't need an oil scavenge pump. It uses an external Tial 38mm wastegate, and twin stainless dump pipes. I have a variety of wastegate springs, you can take your pick.
I’d like $1250 for this setup, which I think is very reasonable. After buying a plenum, regulator and other bits, you could have a very stout kit for around 2K.
